Base your decision upon your knowledge of that regionís economic opportunities and/or physical characteristics. Begin your thoughts by completing a prewriting activity on the sheet provided. This may include webbing, listing, pictures, or a graphic organizer. Use your prewriting thoughts to complete a rough draft. Your story must include at least three paragraphs. Make sure each paragraph begins with a topic sentence and has detail sentences to support it. In your story, include a beginning, middle, and end. Make sure you use complete sentences and correct spelling, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation. After you have edited your rough draft, write your final copy.
